The ultrasonic cleaner consists of the following parts:

 

 

超声波清洁机由以下几部分构成:

1) Ultrasonic system: contains transducer and ultrasonic generator.

 

 

1)超声波体系:包含换能器和超声波发生器。

(1) Transducer: The transducer is made of special high temperature resistant, oscillating, high viscosity resin glue and fixed by special means, never falling, and can withstand high temperature of 100 °C ~ 150 °C.

 

 

(1) 换能器:换能器选用特种耐高温、耐振荡、高粘度的树脂胶辅以特别的办法加以固定, 绝不掉落, 且可耐受100℃~150℃的高温。

(2) Ultrasonic generator: The high-power ultrasonic generator can be composed of super-audio IGBT power electronic devices as the primary component. The ultrasonic generator circuit is leading, fully constructed, and supplemented by an active and reliable integrated control system. Various ultrasonic generators can be operated independently or in multiple groups in parallel to complete large-scale cleaning projects.

 

 

(2) 超声波发生器:大功率超声波发生器可由超音频IGBT电力电子器件为首要元件构成, 该种超声波发生器电路领先, 构造完整, 辅以活络牢靠的集成操控体系。各种超声波发生器可独立作业,亦可多组并联运用, 以完成大规模清洁工程。

2) Heating and temperature control system. The heater is usually made of stainless steel tubing and is resistant to acids and alkalis. The purpose of heating is to heat the cleaning agent to add a scrubbing action of the cleaning machine. The temperature is automatically controlled and can be adjusted freely within the appropriate range.

 

 

2) 加热及温度操控体系。加热器通常选用不锈钢管材制成, 可耐酸碱。加热的意图是将清洁剂加热以添加清洁机的洗刷作用。温度自动操控, 可在适当范围内随意调整。

3) Cleaning tank: The cleaning tank is usually made of stainless steel by argon arc welding. The tank body is provided with slag maintenance port, insulation sound insulation layer, etc., to ensure that the water level should be at least 200mm higher than the transducer box.

 

 

3) 清洁槽:清洁槽通常选用不锈钢经氩弧焊焊制而成, 槽体上设置有排渣维修口、保温隔声层等, 要确保水位最少应高出换能器盒200mm以上。

4) Tank circulation filtration system. A filter is provided in the system to dynamically filter the bath to maintain the cleanliness of the bath. 5) Transportation system: Determine the transportation method and control method of the ultrasonic cleaning machine according to the shape, volume, batch, etc. of the workpiece to be cleaned.

 

 

5) 运送体系:依据被清洁工件的形状、体积、批量等断定超声波清洁机的运送方法及操控方法。

6) Spray rinsing system: According to the appearance of the workpiece to be cleaned, some cleaning machines are equipped with a spray rinsing process to combine ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning organically.

 

 

6) 喷淋漂洗体系:依据被清洁工件的外表情况, 有的清洁机装备喷淋漂洗工序, 将超声波清洁和喷淋清洁有机地结合起来。

7) Drying system. According to the condition of the workpiece to be cleaned, some ultrasonic cleaning machines are equipped with a drying system. The drying system is mainly composed of a heater, a fan, a blowing nozzle, etc., and the temperature is automatically controlled.

 

 

7) 烘干体系。依据被清洁工件的情况,有的超声波清洁机装备烘干体系,烘干体系首要由加热器、风机、吹风喷嘴等构成, 温度自动操控。
