\t1. Purpose

5.1 Check before booting

5.2.2 Turn on the heating button, set the appropriate heating temperature, and observe the heating of the heating tube in the cleaning tank. 5.2.3 After confirming that the heating is normal, add appropriate cleaning agent to the ultrasonic rough washing tank according to the serious dirt on the surface of the parts.
5.2.2 开启加热按钮,设置合适的加热温度,观察清洗槽内加热管加热情况。 5.2.3 确认加热正常后根据零部件表面污物严重情况向超声波粗洗槽内按比例加入合适的清洗剂。 
5.2.4 After confirming that the cleaning agent is completely dissolved, gently place the basket containing the parts into the cleaning tank. Do not touch the basket to the side of the cleaning tank. When there are many parts to be cleaned, it can be placed in multiple layers to leave a proper gap between the workpieces to ensure the cleaning effect.
5.2.4 确认清洗剂完全溶解后,将装有零部件的料筐轻轻放入清洗槽内。严禁料筐接触清洗槽侧壁。清洗的零部件较多时,可以多层放置使得工件间留有适当间隙,保证清洗效果。 
5.2.5 After the temperature in the cleaning tank is increased, set the temperature, turn off the heating button, turn on the ultrasonic button, and confirm that the ultrasonic vibrator works normally by sound, hand touch, etc.
5.2.5 清洗槽内温度升值设定温度后,关闭加热按钮,开启超声波按钮,通过声音、手触等确认超声波震子工作正常。 
5.2.6 According to the serious situation of the surface of the parts and the cleaning process requirements, set the appropriate ultrasonic cleaning time, and check the cleaning of the workpiece from time to time. The cleaning time should not exceed 20 minutes.
5.2.6 根据零部件表面污物严重情况及清洁工艺要求设定合适的超声波清洗时间,不定时对工件的清洗情况进行抽检,清洗时间不宜超过20分钟。 
5.2.7 Place the rough-washed parts into the ultrasonic rinse tank, rinse with clean water, and repeat the procedure of 5.2.6 to 5.2.6.

5.3.2 Turn off the various buttons of the ultrasonic cleaning device and turn off the power switch. Open the drain valve to drain the effluent from the ultrasonic cleaning tank and flush the dirt at the bottom of the tank.

? The ultrasonic power supply should be in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent the water from being short-circuited by moisture.

? Do not turn on the heating and ultrasonic generator power supply in the empty slot state, so as to avoid damage to the heater and ultrasonic vibrator.

? Heavy workpieces should be handled gently during cleaning. Do not hit the bottom of the cleaning tank to avoid the transducer from falling off.

? Do not put the parts directly into the cleaning tank. If any foreign objects fall into the bottom of the tank, they should be taken out in time, otherwise the ultrasonic transducer will be damaged.

? When cleaning, the temperature of the cleaning solution is controlled between 20 and 60 °C, and the cleaning efficiency is good.

? When using a powdered detergent, first put a powder detergent to completely dissolve it, then put the workpiece into the cleaning solution.
